The rapid growth of factory automation and the increasing demand for higher productivity have led to the extensive use of highly sensitive electronic components such as Drives, VFDs, SSRs, PLCs, Thyristors, and other control devices. These components are widely installed in CNC machine tools, robotic systems, material handling systems, control panels, and various automation equipment. During operation, electronic control cabinets generate a significant amount of heat. The problem becomes more critical when these cabinets are installed on factory shop floors where conditions are often dusty, humid, and hot, rather than in controlled clean-room environments. In addition to heat, electronic control systems in NC and CNC machines are also exposed to moisture-laden air and dust, which can adversely affect performance and reliability. To address these challenges, our cabinet cooling systems are designed with a closed-loop construction. This closed-loop design effectively isolates the internal cabinet environment from harsh ambient conditions, reducing the impact of high temperatures, humidity, and dust. The electronic components are cooled using clean air that is sealed within the cabinet and maintained at an optimal operating temperature range of 23°C to 28°C. The internal air is continuously circulated and cooled through an integrated refrigeration system, ensuring that only clean, conditioned air comes into contact with the sensitive electronic components. This guarantees improved performance, enhanced reliability, and extended equipment life.
